Sunstar ate the last bit of squirrel. Its getting close to the gathering. She said.

Wolfclaw nodded and lied down beside Sunstar Yes, it is, only four days

Lionpelt licked Dustface.

Dustface licked Lionpelt back.

Sunstar nodded. We should probably bring everyone then. She mewed.

Wolfclaw nodded

Sunstar went to the two warriors. You two are coming to the gathering with me and Wolfclaw in four days. She said walking away.

Dustface mewled happily.

Lionpelt nuzzled Dustface happily, about two things

Dustface read her expression and asked. What else are you happy about? He asked.

Lionpelt nuzzled him your fathering my kits! she purred

Dustface purred in suprise.

Sunstar felt a kick in her over grown belly and purred. Wolfclaw, I have a supirse. She said heading for the nursery with some moss.

Dustface purred. I cant wait. He said.

Wolfclaw nodded and followed Sunstar.

Lionpelt nuzzled Dustface

Sunstar settled herself on the bed of moss and her eyes shone as the thought of her having a second litter.

Dustface felt gad that he was having his own kits.

Lionpelt licked Dustface and retired to the Nurserry

~~~THAT NIGHT~~~

Sunstar tried not to yowl in pain. Runningwind was beside her and gently licking behind her ears to calm her. Soon enough, about three hours later, seven little kits came into the world.

Runningwind stopped licking Sunstar's ear. They look just like their parents and grandparents. He purred remembering the time when he had settled beside Sunstar's mother and watched her have Sunstar and her sister who was now dead.

Sunstar nodded thankfully to Runningwind. I think I can manage on my own now. She purred.

Runningwind nodded. Dont worry. Ill always be waiting on you two though. He said leaving the den.

Mothheart went to see Sunstar and gasped. Great StarClan! I havent seen this many kits since, well, you know. Mothheart said with sadness in his eyes.

Sunstar stared at him with anger showing in her eyes. I may have lost all eight kits but that doesnt mean that I still dont have at least one kit out there! She growled.

Mothheart dipped his head.

Dustface came and congratulated Sunstar. He brought her three voles seeing as though she would need to keep her strength up.

Lionpelt put her tail on Sunstar.

Wolfclaw nuzzled Sunstar They are beautiful he purred.

Lionpelt tried not to yowl in pain as she felt her kits coming out.

Dustface gently licked Lionpelt.

Runnigwind came in with some herbs to help ease the pain.

Sunstar nodded. Just like their father. She purred turning her head towards Lionpelt. Just breathe deep, deep breathes. Sunstar said.

Lionpelt followed Sunstars words and soon she was licking her new born kits

Sunstar nodded and put her tail on Lionpelt's shoulder. Good job. She purred.

Her kits kneeded Sunstar's belly as they took in the life giving milk.

Dustface licked his kits and licked Lionpelt.

Wolfclaw nuzzled his former apprentice and Sunstar.

Lionpelt nuzzled Dustface and Forestkit and Mintkit started to nurse.

Sunstar nuzzled Wolfclaw.

Tigerclaw sat next to Sunstar.

Wofclaw sat closer to Sunstar and nuzzled his new born kits.

Forestkit looked like Lionpelt the most, the deep golden color.

Mintkit looked mostly like his father.

Sunstar smiled as her kits mewled when their father nuzzled them. Seven kits, how amazing. She purred.

Wolfclaw nodded Very, there will be a lot of apprentice ceremonies for you to make Sunstar. he purred.

Lionpelt smiled as her kits yawned, Forestkit had long claws and fangs Forestkit, she looks like the golden leaves that come in leaf-change, and Mintkit, he looks like he is the mint the grows in leaf-bare, the dead Mint. she purred
