A new era....

Wolfclaw fell asleep with Sunstar

~~~~~~ NEXT DAY ~~~~~~~

Sunstar woke up and the snowstorm had passed. She yawned and stretched. She went out into the clearing and sat in the snow.

Wolfclaw got up

Sunstar grabbed a vole and took it to a small nettle patch and ate it in the snow.

Wolfclaw got a rabbit and ate it

Mothheart padded out of the warriors den. I will take out a patrol. He said flicking his tail.

Two white apprentices came out of the apprentice den.

Lionpaw came out with them and shook his golden pelt that shook like a lion's mane

Harepaw and Cloudpaw quickly bounded after Mothheart. Uncle Mothheart, can me and Harepaw come too? Cloudpaw begged.

Mothheart nodded and flicked his tail for them to go eat first.

Sunstar nodded to the two eager apprentices. The most eager apprentices I have had yet. Sunstar purred.

Lionpaw bounded after Wolfclaw Can I go too? he asked

Motheart nodded yes. Sure, if its ok with Sunstar. He purred.

Sunstar nodded and Harepaw, Cloudpaw, Motheart and Lionpaw set out on patrol.

Lionpaw purred and followed Wolfclaw, and Wolfclaw followed Mothheart.
Wolfclaw took the lead, as deputy.

Motheart, Cloudpaw and Harepaw followed without a word.

Lionpaw was existed, his pelt was gonna fall off.
Wolfclaw smiled

Harepaw and Cloudpaw smelled the air. I smell an enemy! Cloudpaw said excitedcly.

Mothheart nodded his head. Thats Harepaw's scent! He said.

Harepaw giggled.

Wolfclaw laughed very good! he said and went into the hunting grounds

Mothheart, Harepaw and Cloudpaw followed.

Lionpaw padded closely to Wolfclaw proudly and strongly to the Hunting grounds

Mothheart arrived back and dropped his kill in the pile. He then went and checked every den and scent marked them to cover anything that could possibly make Sunstar go mad.

Wolfclaw was already in camp with Lionpaw

Sunstar, Cloudpaw and Harepaw arrived back in camp.

Cloudpaw and Harepaw dropped their kill in the pile.

Sunstar dropped her seven squirrels in the pile. Those two, are harder to keep track of, than you think! Sunstar said with a flick of her tail to Cloudpaw and Harepaw.

Wolfclaw laughed they need to learn a cat from prey. he said jokingly

Sunstar chuckled warmly. Well, get your food, im gonna go into my den and sleep a while. She said nudging her head to his neck. I want you to try and watch camp and wake me if theres any trouble, ok? Sunstar purred, waiting for a reply.

Wolfclaw purred and nodded his reply.

Lionpaw yawned.

Sunstar purred her delight. As she walked away, the tip of her tail touched Wolfclaw's neck, showing how much admiration she had to the cat.

Mothheart watched until his leader was completely in her den. He walked towards Wolfclaw. You love her dont you? He asked not waiting for a reply. Figures, not one cat i have seen can resist her charm. Me being related to her, I just love her as family. Mothheart purred walking away with a small laugh.

Harepaw and Cloudpaw yawned then shared tounges with each other.

Wolfclaw, if he was a human, would be burning red right now you are correct. he said.

Lionpaw looked around and sighed.
